RHC PRN

"When I decided to work on a per diem basis, Richards offered a better location than other staffing companies. I have since found them to be very willing to work through any issue and I trust they will do what they say they will. They are supportive and loyal to their staff."

Whether you have chosen to be a travel health professional for financial, professional or personal reasons, Richards Healthcare is the clear choice. We know what you need in order to enjoy a successful travel career — excellent salary and benefits, premier housing and the assignments you desire. Best of all, we are committed to doing whatever it takes to make your travel experience an enjoyable one!

One of the advantages of being a Richards' traveler is that you are in complete control. You decide everything about your assignment — when, where and what you will be doing. Our standard contract is 13 weeks; however, often we can arrange for a shorter or longer period of employment. Work in the warm Southern sun of Florida during the winter months and then head up to the Pacific Northwest in the summer — you decide. You can also choose to extend or go elsewhere after your contract has concluded. We don't even require you to sign an exclusive contract. You are free to try other travel companies because you'll appreciate our personal, straightforward and honest approach.

Our travelers love their assignments! Richards Healthcare contracts with some of the premier healthcare institutions in the nation. Our marketing team is always looking for new and exciting opportunities giving us a huge selection of current job openings. Explore the possibilities on our Employment Opportunities page.

How Do I Get Started?

First complete an application on-line, via mail or by fax. Once completed, you will be assigned a personal recruiter who will work one-on-one with you to identify your goals. Your recruiter will then direct our marketing department in a comprehensive search of both client and non-client facilities in your chosen area to provide you with the greatest selection of possibilities. You will have all the information you need to make a knowledgeable decision — pay rate, shift, patient/staff ratios, number of beds, special skills required, necessity to float and other variables.

Once you determine which jobs interest you, your profile (including a resume, skills checklist and references) is presented. If the department director is interested, your recruiter will conduct a three-way interview with you and the director. Group interviews ensure everyone is on the same page and that your needs are met. Most travel companies don't take the time to actively represent you in the interview process.

To get started, fill out an application online or contact us by fax, phone or mail. When we receive your application, your personal placement specialist will call to review your application and traveling goals. You will then be entered into our database where the search for your tailor-made assignment begins. Our process is quick. Your recruiter will always be in close contact with you to help you sort through all your options.

By joining Richards Healthcare, you will have the opportunity to see the United States, explore new and challenging healthcare settings, obtain valuable experience and skills and earn excellent pay and benefits.
